The Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County is required by law to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
The Government Center is equipped with ramps at the main entrance and the basement level. For security purposes entry is at the main first floor entrance only. If access for the disabled at the basement level is required, prior arrangements must be made. The five level building is equipped with elevators on each floor.
There are special facilities available for the hearing impaired. For more information or for specific accommodation needs, please contact the Office of Court Administration at 610-559-6700. All scheduled arrangements should be made at least 72 hours prior to any hearing or business before the court.
