Freedberg, Administrative Juvenile Judge William F. Moran, County Executive Glenn Reibman, and President of County Council, Michael Dowd.

As part of the ceremonial proceedings, artist Kip Frace was recognized for the 12’ x 15’ mural he created with the aid of several youths who were confined in the facility. The painting, which reflects several large hands conveying cooperation, was commissioned and donated to the County by the Northampton County Bar Association. The completion of the facility marks a new era in Northampton County juvenile justice. Click here for information about the Domestic Relations Facility construction.
