De acuerdo con las directrices del Centro para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades (CDC por sus siglas en ingles), los residentes, empleados y visitantes de la División de Menores del Condado de Northampton, incluyendo las Secciones de Detención y Tratamiento de Menores, deben usar mascarillas independientemente de su estado de vacunación. Todas las personas que entren a una sala en la que esté presente un residente de la División de Menores y/o del centro de tratamiento deben usar mascarilla sin importar su estado de vacunación.

The Co-Parenting Education (COPE) Program, initiated in Northampton County in 1992, is aimed at reducing the negative impact of divorce on children, while helping parents remain sensitive to the children's needs. The facilitator presents a 90 minute program focusing on the challenges for parents, the impact of issues on children, and special problems all children face. The program costs $25.00 for each participant and is held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Human Services Building, 2801 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA, 18020.
Anyone (other than children) may accompany the parent to the program as a guest or interested party for an additional fee. CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE BROUGHT TO THE COURTHOUSE FOR THE PROGRAM.
