A partir del 22 de noviembre de 2021, todos los empleados del Tribunal o toda persona que ingrese a cualquier sala o instalación de la Corte que estén bajo la supervisión y autoridad del Juez Presidente debe usar mascarilla, incluyendo todos los Tribunales de Distrito, la oficina de Administración del Tribunal, la Sección de Relaciones Domésticas, y las Oficinas de Libertad Condicional para Adultos y de Servicios Previos al Juicio, a menos que estén completamente vacunados, de conformidad con la Orden Administrativa 2021-20.
De acuerdo con las directrices del Centro para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades (CDC por sus siglas en ingles), los residentes, empleados y visitantes de la División de Menores del Condado de Northampton, incluyendo las Secciones de Detención y Tratamiento de Menores, deben usar mascarillas independientemente de su estado de vacunación. All divorce complaints are filed in the Prothonotary's Office located on the lower level of the Courthouse. The Prothonotary's Office is open each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The current fee for the divorce filing is $145.50 plus an additional $52.25 for each count and $7.50 for a custody count. (Subject to change without notice)
